When will my order be dispatched?

During open days we aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if they are received by 3pm. 

How do I apply a discount code?

To apply a discount code you will need to go to your shopping cart and enter the code in the box to the left of the screen. This box will be above your items but below the buttons, empty cart, refresh cart etc., this box will only be on show when we are providing a special offer. Please ensure to enter the code correctly. Once entered your shopping cart will show the discount automatically as a strike through price, you will be able to see the now adjusted total at the bottom. Please ensure you do this before entering payment details as this will be too late to use the code. 

I can't log in

If you are having trouble logging in there may be two reasons why:

Reason one 
Have you used our new website since September 2017? If not then you need to register as a new customer as our old website did not have passwords and data could not be transferred over. 

Reason two
If you have forgotten the password. Press the reset password and you should get an email through to reset.

What happens if some items on my order are out of stock

We will notify you of any out of stock items in the dispatch confirmation e mail we send you. This will detail if the product has been back ordered to be sent at a later date when it arrives in stock with us. We will not back order low value items or those that are unlikely to be in stock for some time.

My order hasn't arrive

Most orders are sent First Class post by Royal Mail and you will be notified by email when we have dispatched your order. Whilst the Royal Mail generally deliver these the next working day they suggest it can take up to 10 working days to arrive. If you require further information please contact us. 

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT, at the current rate, for deliveries into EU countries. If you are having goods shipped to a destination outside the EU the site will automatically adjust your order to remove the VAT charges. 

What are your opening hours?

We are open Tuesday to Saturday 9:30am to 5pm. We are closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.
On Mondays the Studio is closed to the public but we welcome your telephone enquiries and mail orders from 9:30am-5pm

Do you have a shop that the public can visit?

Our retail Studio is situated on the Dorset and Wiltshire border in Shaftesbury. Please click here to view our Studio details. 

Where can I park when I visit?

We have free onsite parking right outside the Studio. 

Do you have disabled access?

We have a disabled parking space and ramp at the rear of the building. Please ring doorbell for access. 

Is your Shop open to the public on workshop days?

Our retail Studio is open to everyone on workshop days not just those attending the workshop. 

What time do your workshops run?

Most of our workshops run from 10am - 4pm unless otherwise stated, with an hour for lunch. The studio opens at 9:30am-5pm giving you half an hour for shopping before the workshop starts and time after the workshop finishes

Does your workshop fee include the materials?

Our workshops do not include the cost of any materials, however, we do currently offer a 10% discount for workshop attendees on purchases of most products in the Studio on the day of the workshop. This does not include low profit products such as magazines and already discounted products, Swarovski crystals, Workshop bookings and a few other items.   

When attending a workshop where can I get a lunch?

There is a local shop in Semley village that make sandwiches to order and also nearby Shaftesbury, 3.3 miles away and approximately a 9 minute drive, that has a good supply of cafes and supermarkets offering takeaway food.

When will I receive my workshop requirements?

Workshop requirements are usually sent out by email at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the workshop.

Do you have a catalogue?

We do not provided a printed catalogue due to an ever increasing product range. Our website is kept up to date with new products . 

Do you produce a printed copy of your workshop programme?

We no longer have printed copy's of our workshop programme however all our workshops are available online please find here
