Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Should any items on your order be out of stock then they may be back ordered if their value is approximately £3.50 or more. We will still send your order out without the back ordered items so that there is no delay in you receiving the goods and the back ordered items will be sent when they are back in stock.

Out of stock goods

Please note that as the website products do not link in to our live stock control system we are unable to guarantee that ordered items will be shipped with your order. In the case of items of approximately £3.50 and above we will back order the item and send when back in stock. All out of stock items under this value will NOT be back ordered and you will need to re order them at a later date. Out of stocks and back orders will be noted on your receipt and on the e mail that is sent to inform you your order has been despatched.

Should you only want your order sent if all items are available then please note this in the comments box at checkout.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo and all major debit cards. All transactions are conducted over a secure server. Minimum order value £10 excluding postage

All prices are correct at time of going to print but are subject to change at any time and all errors and omissions excepted. The current VAT has been applied to all prices as appropriate except in the case of zero rated goods which are shown VAT free. The rate of VAT charged will be that at the time payment is taken for the goods, which is normally on despatch, and NOT the rate at the time the order is placed if different.

Goods being supplied will be as described on our web site. Whilst every care is taken to ensure the pictures shown match the actual goods as closely as possible some variations may occur due to limitations in the photographic process or reproduction on different computer screens. Also there could be slight variations in the colour of beads from one batch to the next due to the manufacturing process. Any reference to weights and sizes are approximations only although we do try to make them as accurate as possible. Please note in some circumstances the finish on some dyed beads may rub off over time.

We reserve the right to reject any order up to the point of despatch for any reason.

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.

Workshop Fees Terms & Conditions

All full day adult classes run from 10.00am – 4.00pm (unless otherwise stated) and cost £30.00 per person excluding materials (unless otherwise stated). Tea and coffee will be provided and you are welcome to bring a packed lunch. Despite rising costs we have decided to maintain prices at the same level as last year, however, in order to do this we will now require 100% of the workshop fee at time of booking. Please see our cancellation details below for our refund policy.

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your place for any reason, up to 2 months prior to the workshop date, then an amount of 50% of the fee will be refunded to you. Any cancellations made after this point will incur a forfeit of the full workshop fee. Should we manage to re sell your place then a full refund will be given.

We reserve the right to cancel a workshop up to two weeks prior to the event if there are insufficient numbers. Should the workshop have to be cancelled we will refund your fee in full. We regret that refunds cannot be given in any other circumstances and course fees are not transferable.

Bookings

You may reserve your place by telephone, online web site or in person. A requirements list will be sent to you approximately 4 weeks prior to the workshop date but please contact us if you do not receive it..

By placing a booking for a workshop you are deemed to have read and agreed the above terms
Shipping And Handling

We will endeavour to ship all goods the same working day but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Should there be any problems we will contact you via e mail or telephone.

POSTAGE CHARGES UK ORDERS

First Class Post Order value up to £30 will be £2.50

First Class Post Order value over £30 will be FREE

Next Day Delivery (Not Saturday) all order values to 2kg weight £10.40 (Over 2kg weight you will be contacted)

Next Day Saturday Delivery all order values to 2kg weight £15.48 (Over 2kg weight you will be contacted)

POSTAGE CHARGES INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Although no charges for shipping are shown we will charge these at cost and this will be applied to your card when we take payment for the order on shipment of goods. All International Orders will be sent Signed For at the customers cost.

Back Orders

We will generally only place back orders for goods valued over approximately £3.50. You will receive an e mail to notify you which items have been back ordered so please let us know if you wish to cancel the back order. Back ordered items will not be charged for until the goods are despatched and postage will be free of charge if there were other items previously sent for the same order and it was for UK delivery. Overseas back orders will be sent and postage charged at cost.
Credit Card Security

Stitch 'n' Craft Ltd to do not hold any customer credit card information from online transactions and we know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. When making payment you are redirected to our Payment Service Provider site where all systems used by SecureHosting and its payment gateway UPG for the processing & storage of card information are audited and validated by Qualified Security Assessors to the highest possible standard available under the PCI DSS scheme.

Stitch 'n' Craft Ltd do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
Returns Policy

Should you choose to return the goods then you must notify us within 14 working days beginning with the day after receipt of the goods. Please note that there is no right to cancel a contract for Magazines, Digital content or downloads so they cannot be returned for refund. Cancellation notification must be made in writing or by fax or e mail but not telephone. Please see below a Model cancellation form which you can use. The customer is liable for any postal charges incurred for returning the goods to us. In the event that we need to recover the goods then any direct costs we incur will be borne by the customer. At any time after cancellation the customer has a duty to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them until such time as they are returned to us. Returned goods must be in the original packaging, unused and have a proof of purchase enclosed before any refunds will be given. The above does not apply to workshops so please see separate Terms & Conditions in Workshop section of website
